Hello Rapids Parents,

It is hard to believe that the start of the 2023 Roswell Rapids swim season is only 6 weeks away! We are excited to announce that registration is NOW OPEN!

As in the past, please remember that there are two steps to the registration process:

• Step 1: Register with the City of Roswell via the Park and Recreation registration page: roswellgov
• Step 2: Register with the Roswell Rapids Booster Club via rapids-gadl. Click on the green 'register now' button.
• Both steps must be completed for your swimmer to be able to participate.

A few important things to note during the registration process:

• When registering via Swimtopia, log in to your Swimtopia account first. This will pre-populate the registration form for you based on last year’s information. You should be able to make any changes and updates if necessary, but it makes registering much easier.
• All Roswell Rapids divers will receive a t-shirt included in their RRBC fee. Please enter your swimmer’s t-shirt size when prompted on the registration page.
• When checking out in your cart, you will see a $150 pre-authorization related to volunteer commitments. You are NOT being charged this amount at the time of registration. You will only be charged this amount should you fail to meet the minimum family volunteer requirements during the season.
• GADL Championship Meet: There will be a separate registration for the GADL Championship meet at Georgia Tech, which we will set up and communicate at a future date.

Here are some important dates for the season. Specific dates for those noted at TBD will be communicated as soon as possible.

Parent Meeting: April 23

First Day of Practice: May 1^st  

Team Picture: May 10th, rain date May 16th

End of Season Team Celebration: July- date TBD
